It has a lodge-type ambience, with great American food. I got food to go both nights I've been here in Minneapolis.Last night:
-Shrimp Gemelli
-Side of Asparagus
-THE BEST CORNBREAD YOU'LL EVER EAT - with Maple Butter. Super healthy, I know. :)
TONIGHT:-Spicy Jerk Chicken with Apples, Grapes, and Smoked Gouda Fondu
-Rotisserie Chicken Salad with Grape Tomatoes, sweet corn, raisins, and cornbread croutons
Not trying to brag how good the food is, but I WAS IN HEAVEN. :)

that sounds SO delicious. is that their real picture of cornbread? my favorite! i think i might go to minneapolis just to eat there...
So funny that I normally eat there twice while I'm there also!!!! Redstone is amazing!
