It's Called a Food Show :)

Last week, I was in Long Beach for a Food Show. This is where suppliers of anything that a grocery store could need sell their goods. So People like General Mills, Kelloggs, Floral Vendors, Meat Vendors, beverage vendors, etc set up a booth and sell to the Grocery stores directly. When grocery stores are small, they don't often get this privilege and have to order through the Wholesaler. It's kind of confusing, but it's also kind of fun! :)
